Immuneering Announces Oversized Initial Audience Award

CAMBRIDGE, Mass., July 29, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – Immuneering Corporation (Nasdaq: IMRX), a biopharmaceutical company that offers a strong pipeline of oncology and neuroscience product candidates designed to uniquely disrupt the dynamics of cell signaling, announced today the price of its initial public offering plus 7,500,000 Class A common shares at a public offering price of $ 15.00 per share, for total gross proceeds of $ 112.5 million, before deduction of subscription discounts and commissions and estimated offering fees payable by Immuneering. All Class A common shares are offered by Immuneering. The offer is scheduled to close on August 3, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.
